The World Federation Board resolved to adopt the following constitution at the Special General Meeting held on Tuesday, 14 December 2004, 19.00 GMT.

During the Special General Meeting the World Federation resolved to change the Federation’s name from:

  "World Federation of Associations of Colleges and Polytechnics"

to the

  "World Federation of Colleges and Polytechnics"
