World Congress of Colleges and Polytechnics 2008

 

The highly successful 4th World Congress took place at the Roosevelt Hotel, New York City, United States of America on 18 – 20 February 2008

The Congress was hosted by Bronx Community College and co-sponsored by the:

  • International Association of Community and Further Education Colleges
  • American Association of Community Colleges
  • League for Innovation in the Community College
  • City University of New York

The theme for the Congress was “Developing Global Partnerships” with three key streams:

Stream 1: Global Partnerships for Economic Development
Stream 2: Global Partnerships for Technical Training
Stream 3: Global Partnerships for Student and Faculty Development
